4) You need to buid your career as a pyramid, not like a ladder.
5) The safest and surest way to the top is to have a strong, braod base of experience.
6) You have to have passion, and that passion has to come through.
7) Take a smart peroson with passion over someone with years of experience any day.
8) What you don't inspect, they don't respect.
9) Every function is different, so it affects what you look at.
10) Ask people to make a serie of commitments based on what their job is and what kind of function their are running.
11) Show by example what is important.
