"Execute"


1) It’s virtually impossible to communicate too much. I’ve never heard a single employee anywhere complain that he or she is being kept too informed.

2) Part of the answers goes back to the beginning of the change proces.

3) So there were many, beside me, involved from their very beginning, saying we have to change our company.

4) We needed to change our focus. In other words to execute against the vision.

5) A strategy is nothing but a piece of paper unless you put it into action.

6) The person in charge not only has to know what needs to be done, he has to get results.
